Hot Springs Village water usage is measured once every two months. For residential accounts, the average usage is about 9,146 gallons for the two-month billing cycle. 

During any 2-month billing cycle, the first 5,000 gallons are billed at a flat rate of $41.50. Usage beyond the first 5,000 gallons is billed at $0.006 per gallon ($6.00 per 1000 gallons).

As of January 1, 2025, a third billing tier was instituted for accounts that use more than 60,000 gallons of water in a single billing cycle. The third tier is billed at $0.125 per gallon ($12.50 per 1,000 gallons) over 60,000 gallons.
